Rashford grabs the winner in a feverish Manchester Derby
Fewer than three minutes after Man United’s controversial equalizer, Marcus Rashford swept United into the lead after great work from teenage Argentinian substitute Alejandro Garnacho. Garnacho is the youngest player ever to assist in a Manchester Derby at 18 years and 197 days. United have now won 10 consecutive matches at Old Trafford in all competitions and they move up to third in the Premier League.
Rashford is the first Man United player to score in seven consecutive games since Cristiano Ronaldo in 2008. He’s in quite a patch of form.
United fans, how are you feeling about the win? Premier League fans in general, what do you make of the Bruno Fernandes equalizer? Was Marcus Rashford interfering with play? That was certainly a controversial Manchester Derby with plenty of talking points to dissect.
