Quick aromatic mango chicken salad

The summer season fruits category includes many stone fruits such as delicious and juicy mangoes, something some of us were savouring in December.

Making a salad with certain fruits can be difficult, however, this easy mango chicken recipe is great for simple occasions and warm weather.

Mangoes don’t only work well for desserts, they’re great for savoury dishes as well.

The mango chicken recipe is bursting with spicy aromas including a sprinkling of colour from vegetables such as peas and tomatoes.
