Yes, the SuperSport boss is happy and excelling in his current role. Yes, he’s also coached Chiefs before and achieved mixed results in that stint. However, if the Glamour Bots came calling again, would he be able to refuse? Hunt knows the club, and he also knows South African football inside out. It’s a serious long shot, but you can never say never in football.
This isn’t ever going to happen, but it’s fun to envisage the Sundowns tactical mastermind at Chiefs. Just imagine how much that would annoy the Sundowns fanbase and how it would shake things up in South African football? Chiefs would have to throw a lot of money at him though. Like, a LOT of money.
